Gray strength: 24 (+/-5%) [DAN].
Before use:– cooking 2.5 hours – 90°C.– smoking: 3 hours – 150°C.Free of heavy metals.
Has a PZH certificate (National Institute of Hygiene) and declaration of conformity.
