The string is made of white cotton yarn reinforced with polyester yarn.
Tulle thickness: tex 1480.
Gray strength: 19 (+/-5%) [DAN].
Purpose:– cooking 2.5 hours – 90°C.– smoking: 3 hours – 150°C.Free of heavy metals.
It has a PZH (National Institute of Hygiene) certificate and a declaration of conformity.
