Removable GN1/1 container (H)100 mm made of AISI 304 stainless steel, easy to clean.
Heating element made of AISI 304 stainless steel and placed in the water tank for efficient heat transfer.
Tempered glass lid with insulated handle and aluminum hinge.
Integrated card holder on the lid for name cards.
Digital control panel with display showing working time, set temperature and actual temperature.
The last temperature setting is stored in memory and is selected each time the power is turned on.
The temperature can be set from 35 to 85˚C in 1˚C steps.
The water tank is equipped with a max. filling line, which indicates ≈4 l.
Not intended for cooking, only for keeping warm.
