The high temperature sears the meat evenly and quickly, reducing its sticking to the grill, even if the grill is not greased.
The burner system is made entirely of stainless steel and can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning.
The single burner positioned lengthwise is adjustable, has thermocouple protection and a piezo ignition.
The Tampa has an all black epoxy coated frame with four wheels, two of which are swivel, and a secure gas bottle holder.
Fat that drains from the meat during cooking is led through a special channel to a fat collecting tray.
Thanks to the deep gas bottle holder, you can safely place the gas bottle under the barbecue.
