With the Unika+ cheese chopper you can easily cut your cheeses. Thanks to the wedge-shaped cutting movement it is easy to cut open round cheeses and is therefore also suitable for semi-hard cheeses. Cutting cheeses is very easy because the knife of the Unika+ has a heating element with heat regulation, old cheeses break less quickly and the cheese sticks less to the knife. With the rotary knob on the front the thickness of the slice can be adjusted from 1 to 15 mm and the cutting plate is made of plastic and therefore very easy to clean.
