High quality stainless steel housing and oven chamber.
Manual control panel with buttons for function, temperature, time and amount of steam.
Has functions for defrosting, preheating, hot air, grill, steam or a combination of these functions.
The temperature can be set up to 280˚C. The timer can be set to 120 minutes.
Hot air by means of two heating elements and a fan. With top grill elements.
The oven can accommodate 4x GN 2/3 trays, the distance between the trays is 70 mm.
Supplied with 1x GN 2/3 grid.
Hot air 3 kW, grill: 1.8 kW.
Oven chamber heating: bottom 1.6 kW, top 0.7 kW.
Adjustable legs from 55 to 75 mm.
